Eligibility Criteria
The education, experience, and age requirements are different for each post. Here is a simple breakdown:
Education:
- Senior posts like Regional Director, Additional Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, and Assistant Director require a second class Master’s degree or an equivalent HEC recognized qualification.
- Research Assistant needs 16 years of education (first class) or a second class graduation from an HEC recognized university.
- Data Entry Operator needs at least a second class Bachelor’s degree, along with a typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour and basic computer knowledge.
- Assistant (BPS-15) requires a second class Bachelor’s degree, a typing speed of 30 words per minute, and a six week IT training course after joining.
- Drivers need to be at least literate or middle pass depending on the post, and must hold a valid HTV or PSV driving license.
- Naib Qasid and Mali posts only require the candidate to be literate.
Experience:
- Management posts require several years of professional or administrative experience in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies, with some mandatory experience in a lower grade.
- Drivers must have 2 to 10 years of driving experience depending on the post, with senior driver posts requiring experience driving with a head of institution or senior officer.
- Naib Qasid candidates should preferably have office work experience.
